Dr. Samantha Nutt announced as a keynote presenter at OSLC 2009

The Ontario Student Leadership Conference is is very excited to announce that Dr. Samantha Nutt, founder and executive director of War Child will be one of our keynotes at OSLC 2009 - A Global Adventure. Combined with Craig Keilburger there is no other conference that will bring in the calibre of speakers that we do.
Who is Sam Nutt?
Samantha Nutt is a medical doctor with more than a decade of experience working in war zones. Committed to peace, human rights and social justice, her ambition has always been to help war-affected women and children. She has helped children in some of the world’s most violent flashpoints, working with War Child Canada (which she founded, and is currently its Executive Director), the United Nations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Iraq, Afghanistan, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Iraq, Burundi, northern Uganda and the Thai-Burmese border.
