Bill Johnson
Workshop Presenter
Bill Johnson grew up on a small-grains farm a stones throw away from the middle of nowhere in North Dakota. A former president of student council and veteran of various student leadership organizations, Bill has worked with some of North America’s finest leaders over the past 9 years.
In 2002, he was one of four founding members of the group Students Take a Stand, an advocacy group that battled the misconceptions of Big Tobacco. Bill’s role was to travel to schools in North Dakota and provide educational presentations. The speaking bug hit him then, when he was only a grade 10 and he hasn’t looked back.
In 2006, Bill started his own business, The SpeakerBill, and has been developing meaningful, hilarious presentations ever since. He will graduate this year from the University of Mary with double degrees in Mathematics and Math Education.
Bill’s workshops at OSLC will be focused on how Fear, Experience and Passion interact and how you can take advantage in your own life.
