Workshop Description for: Games Leaders Play
This is a fun and interactive workshop that uses “low rope” type activities to teach team building and group dynamics. The group will be engaged through activities such as Welded Ankles, Moon Ball and routinely ends with a Trust Walk. Participants will learn skills necessary to effectively lead their peers and have fun while doing so.

Workshop Description for: New Leaders
Focusing on team building, communication, and goals, students will create vision statements and work through a series of crises in a role playing activity. Students will also focus on the importance of teamwork and proper communication skills. This breakout session ends with a self-evaluation exercise that highlights the groups’ goals as well as the individual participant’s goals. The self-evaluation is mailed back to the participant 4-6 months later as a follow-up exercise . . . or an opportunity for them to “re-commit”.
