Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Alumni and Eager Bird cancellation requests, received in writing to our office prior to March 15, can have the current year’s fee less an $80.00 per week administration fee, credited toward future sessions at YLCC.

Regular Rate cancellation requests, received in writing to our office prior to June 1, are eligible for a 50% refund less an $80.00 per week administration fee.

After June 1, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances and subject to the approval of the Camp Director. Requests with supporting documentation must be submitted to the Camp Office.

There are NO cash refunds, in full or in part, offered on special offers or coupons including alumni and eager bird rates.

Day Camp fees are non-refundable after April 1.
